Aerospace Control Dynamics LLC (ACD) offers technical services in fly-by-wire control system development and related technical fields, from requirements, through design, testing, and certification. This include integrated flight control systems, flight dynamics, aeroservoelasticity, loads and dynamics, flutter, and other relevant specialized engineering skills to complement our flight control system design capability.

The ACD team brings exstensive industrial experience in flight control design with demonstrated state-of-the-art innovations in all aspects fly-by-wire systems for military and civilian aircraft. This includes: 

• Design and analysis of control laws for primary and auto flight control to ensure meeting flying qualities and auto flight requirements, and contributing to reduced static and dynamic loads, flutter prevention, and optimized aerodynamic and structural design, and aircraft performance.
• Addressing safety aspects with the design and analysis of system fault detection and redundancy management, system safety assessment and failure hazard assessment.
• Contribute to aircraft certification to meet applicable civilian and military certification requirements and in particular certifying via special conditions for fly-by-wire airplanes.
• Conduct training and mentoring of customer engineers in the area of flight control design and analysis.
• Provide state-of-the-art flight dynamics, control design, simulation and analysis tools and processes.

Members of the ACD team have participated in a number of recent Part 23 and Part 25 FBW system developments and certifications, and further have experience with a wide range of civilian and military aircraft including, heavy transports, regional and business jets, supersonic transports, military tactical aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles.

ACD has the skills and industry contacts to get your projects completed from start to finish, or supplement your own in-house engineering capabilities via on-site design and analysis, and on the job training of company engineers.
